The offer equaled my asking price and was closed expeditiously taking into account the buyer obtaining financing. In addition, they went above and beyond what I have experienced with real estate agents; Bill took it upon himself to take care of the final water bill. Also, John met with the fire inspector to check the fire and carbon monoxide detectors. They are courteous, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them!
